For the love of food!

Food is something I have always ran too. It has made feel full but never complete. It leaves me feeling like dirt and makes me feel uncomfortable. But yet it is something I think about when ever I am stressed or know that I have to eat breakfast , lunch, or dinner. Food is something I like to have when people are over. It is something that I like to make that relaxes me while making it either in the pan or on the stove top. But yet food is something that makes me feel tired after eating it and makes me not fit into cute things that I want to wear. Who is to blame for putting the food in my mouth... Me!!!

Today I think about all the reasons why we have this thing called food. It's supposed to make us have energy not make us tired. It's not supposed to be a big bag of chips but a hand full of chips. It's supposed to be fruit in moderation not a big bowl of ice cream. Its supposed to be green veggies not processed food. But yet this is why we gain weight!

Today's food thought of the day is good choices. I was taught a different way to eat and now I am going to teach myself a new way to eat.

The food I eat I want to have energy to go through the day, to sleep good at night and to wake up in the morning feeling as though I slept 15 hours.
